I cannot begin to explain how much I want to be in NM today and tomorrow with my family. In leiu of that, I made my Gramma Rivera's specialty.

I love the cookies with choc. Those are yum-yum. We made those in Quebec and it truly my favorite treat of the season.
What is it about christmas cookies that brings so many memories? I love peanut blossoms! I wish you were able to spend Christmas with your fam too. Have a merry Christmas, Flamings! Love you guys!
What are the NM cookies? They sure look like snickerdoodles. Are they filled with something? Hope you had a great Christmas, even being in Kansas!
